About Us

Triangle Counseling Agency provides mental health and behavioral health counseling services for both children and adults.  We work with individuals, groups and families specializing in highly effective confidential treatment for a wide range of mental health and behavioral health challenges. 

​Triangle Counseling Agency is an approved provider with both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Alliance Behavioral Healthcare.

All therapists are licensed in the state of North Carolina.  For client convenience, services are provided both in home and at our office. We are currently providing Tele-therapy (audio and visual computer-web based) counseling services. ​

Triangle Counseling Agency collaborates with local Universities and resources including North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina to help foster professional development.
